  • Event Capacity: This event is strictly limited to 60 people but if you join our waitlist you will be notified of any cancellations.
  • "Can I Attend Online?": This is primarily a live in-person class but we are working on providing a live online stream for the class as a backup for attendees in case of an emergency or unprecedent circumstance. Due to the long hours, class activities, and need for undivided attention, it's easy to loose focus or miss important items if you're trying to multitask online. 
  • ​"Why is This Class So Long?": Ironically, our Standards courses started as a 1-day events. From requests to complaints that 1 day wasn't enough time to digest the content, we increased it to 2 days. We continued to get comments and eventually made it 5 days. Sitting in a classroom wasn't sustainable for many team members so we settled on 3 days with an optional day. We understand people are usually running full service restoration firms so we'll do everything we can to accommodate you and your team.

  • ​Bootcamp Manuals: All our attendees are supplied with a digital (free of charge) or printed manual (paid) and dropbox link with our training materials. You can add these materials to your cart during ticketing registration. You will be required to sign off on our liability agreement waiver on-site before accessing these materials.
  • Refunds & Cancellations: In the event you need to cancel your order, we can refund you your ticket(s) purchase amount or issue you MITClasses Credit.
  • ​Payment Plans: We are offering 6-month installment payment plans for the full 4 days--attendance on the 4th day or not. They will be available from 04/01 - 08/09. It takes out staff 48 hours to process your request. The Installment Plan applies to your ENTIRE order; order can not be split between payment plan and standard admission rate. Discount codes cannot be applied with the payment plan. The payment plan ticket will require information about the attendees and a small fee for processing. An order confirmation will be sent to the buyer's email to supply further instructions on how to secure your attendancePlease note: attendance is NOT secured till your payment method is processed. You MUST buy a ticket before filling out the payment plan or we will not process your request.
  • ​"Will there be a photographer/videographer at the event?": Yes, there will be a professional photographer/videographer at the event. To respect your privacy, if you don't want to be included in the photos or videos, please sit in the back or let the event admin know so we can ensure you aren't in any of the shots.
  • ​"Can I purchase merchandise at the event?": Yes, we will have merchandise available for purchase at the event.
  • "What is the dress code?": Please wear closed-toed shoes. Causal dress recommended.
  • ​"Who should I bring?" - We HIGHLY recommend that firm owners come WITH their staff. Changes can't be communicated and executed without the boss at the helm. For plaintiff attoeny's and PA's, the purpose of your attendance is to grow understanding of the Standard of Care, what's required of contractors, and how to have your clients best interest in mind.
