How to Prepare For This Meeting...
If you couldn't attend this meeting on 02/19 due to technical issues, we've made some changes to ensure this training session goes off without a hitch. Please take time to review the details of this event before attending.
- Event Capacity: This event is strictly limited to 50 people. Zoom determines this number by how many people are registered and confirmed attendees. Once it hits 50, even if some people don't attend, Zoom will display a "sold out" note. If you choose to not attend even after registration, you could potentially be taking the spot of someone who also wants to attend so be mindful of if the events fits on your schedule. If you can't make it and registered, please contact ysabeth.sweet@mitigationconsulting.com so we can fill your spot. To prevent an endless cycle of sign up prompts, we've engineered the process for you to sign up once. Zoom has addressed this bug.
- "Is There a Replay?": We will notify all registrants if there is a playback. We are still working on making sure this feature is seamless for our attendees.
- "Why is this on a Sunday": Great question, Sunday is typically quiet. It gives attendees a chance to think, reflect, and eventually act on their thoughts when Monday morning comes along without being bombarded (if you would) by other distractions.
- Registration Window: Registration Opens 03/06 Monday at 2pm EST and closes 03/12 Sunday at 7:15pm EST. If there are seats left after this period closes, you won't be able to register. Ticket sales stop when the capacity hits max or the registration window closes.
- "I'm encountering an error trying to get into the meeting": Check back to your email for the zoom meeting link. This is your backdoor into the lobby. Zoom is set to remind you right before we begin, so the email shouldn't be super lost in your inbox unless you're really popular ;). Please also ensure Zoom is updated to the latest version. If you still are encountering issues, please email ysabeth.sweet@mitigationconsulting.com so we can assist you post-event.
- Default Chat, Video, & Q+A/Chat Settings: Your camera and mic are shut off upon entry and the meeting will be recorded for educational purposes. We would love to see and speak to you face-to-face, so you will be prompted with this question during registration. (We respect your privacy, so if you're eating snacks in your unmentionables, feel free to do so without the instructor's gaze. lol) Our admin will have to personally promote your settings, so sit tight if you'd like to show us your awesome face. The chat is also disabled upon entry due to spamming security.
- PC or Mobile: We HIGHLY recommend logging in on your PC. We love our QR Codes, and we will be showing you a couple, so have your phone ready if you can.
